very cheap fundamentals from memory 0.25 book value. It was not producing cash flow that much but had lots of safety net in term of fundamentals
Reason For Selling:
The story changed, they sold half the business, mainly the trailer part at the wrong time of the cycle as they wanted a more stable business, but we are in a commodity cycle, I could not understand their logic. A pity because I would have made way more money.
